Amber Pollett is a fibre artist. She works with recycled and sustainable materials. Amber has been felting and upcycling for over 15 years. In 2015 she took the leap and started working as an artist full time. Amber‘s company Amber Goes Green was founded in 2015 to market her upcycled creations and accessories. Followed by Amber Goes Violet for her felted home decor and art which she now wholesales throughout Canada.
Amber was born in Newfoundland and many of her pieces have a maritime feel. She gets inspired from the Canadian wilderness so native birds, insects and plants are key components in her designs. Amber aspires to capture the beauty of nature in an ecofriendly manner.
